Daniel LaRocca - President/Owner
Began his career in 2005 working with multiple national home builders in the Tampa Bay area. His experience began in the field and escalated to management, eventually leading him into an ownership role touting more than 1,000 Homes per year. This boots on the ground experience has allowed Daniel to develop the skills needed to deliver projects from conception to construction to completion. Daniel fully understands what it takes to succeed in the fast-paced and always-changing dynamic of homebuilding.
Over the last 10 years Daniel has concentrated his business in Florida in the Tampa Region with a focus on residential, commercial, municipal, and government contracts. He has also developed developed Working Relationships with Insurance Carriers, Banks, and Lenders to assist homeowners with diverse programs available to the public such as 203K remodel loans and FEMA Flood Regulations.
Daniel's expertise offers a diverse foundation that allows him to delve into projects from design-build construction to remodeling in both the residential and commercial sectors. Daniel has also ventured into the Precast Concrete specialty market and has traveled throughout the state of Florida completing work in more than 60% of the counties in the state of Florida. A success that generated over 7.5MM in sales a year. Daniel took part in the first-ever constructed Category 5 Precast Concrete Hurricane Hangar which was built for the United States Coast Guard facility in Great Inagua, Bahamas. A huge accomplishment and never before completed task by the USCG.
